ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To complete a purchase, the customer must register by providing accurate and complete personal information and creating a password, which may be modified at any time through the account management portal. The customer explicitly authorizes Be Me Case LLC to process such data in accordance with our published Privacy Policy. The account password is personal, confidential, and non-transferable; its security remains the sole responsibility of the customer. Be Me Case LLC assumes no liability for unauthorized access, losses, or issues arising from compromise of the customer's password.

In the event of lost, forgotten, or compromised credentials, the user must utilize the password recovery mechanisms within the application. If issues persist, the user may contact customer support at info@conecty.co.

TRANSACTIONS AND PURCHASES

All transactions and purchases executed through our applications are subject to a validation and confirmation process. This process may include verifying product availability, validating the payment method, issuing tax invoices (where applicable), and confirming compliance with payment processing requirements. In certain instances, additional identity or transaction verification may be required via email, telephone, or messaging applications such as WhatsApp or Telegram.

Product prices listed on our applications are valid exclusively for purchases completed directly through the respective application.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

• Signal Coverage Disclaimer: Cellular signal reception is subject to service coverage validation prior to purchase. The customer acknowledges and agrees that signal reception may be limited, degraded, or unavailable in certain areas, including remote locations, mountainous terrain, deserts, and sparsely populated regions. By completing a purchase, the customer assumes all risks associated with coverage limitations.

• Network Partners: Mobile services are delivered in partnership with local network operators in each destination country. Upon completing a purchase, the customer agrees to abide by the end-user terms and conditions enforced by the applicable network operator (as published on such operator’s official website).

• Fair Usage Policy (FUP): To maintain optimal network quality for all users, unlimited data plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy enforced by underlying network carriers. Unusually high data consumption may result in temporary bandwidth throttling by the carrier. Standard connection speeds automatically reset at midnight.

• Price & Service Modifications: Be Me Case LLC reserves the right to modify prices, data caps, and plan features at any time based on commercial or technical adjustments communicated by network partners.

• eSIM Device Compatibility: Upon purchasing a virtual SIM card (eSIM), the user assumes sole responsibility for verifying that their mobile device is unlocked and compatible with eSIM technology. No refunds shall be issued for eSIM purchases made for incompatible or carrier-locked devices.

• Age Requirement: By purchasing products through our website or mobile application, the user represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. Be Me Case LLC disclaims all liability for false, inaccurate, or unauthorized representations provided by the user. The user remains fully liable for the veracity and accuracy of all provided information.

• Payment Obligations: The user agrees to pay the full price of any purchase initiated on the platform using a valid credit/debit card or other authorized payment method. Be Me Case LLC shall not be obligated to deliver any product or service until full payment has been authorized and cleared. While secure encryption is utilized for payment processing, Be Me Case LLC shall not be held liable for technical errors, disruptions, or damages resulting from communications failures with banking institutions, payment gateways, or credit card processors.

• Total Purchase Value: The total purchase amount includes the product/service base price, applicable taxes, and delivery fees (where applicable, depending on destination).

• Price Adjustments: Be Me Case LLC periodically reviews product pricing, and the customer agrees to pay the price displayed at the exact time of checkout.

ANTI-FRAUD CONTROLS

Transactions may be subjected to automated or manual anti-fraud screening, which may delay processing times. Additional documentation or verification may be requested to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. By using our services, the customer expressly consents to such fraud prevention reviews.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

THIS INCLUDES SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS, SERVER FAILURES, OR TELECOMMUNICATION DISRUPTIONS. IF USE OF SITE MATERIALS RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR TECHNICAL SERVICING OR DEVICE REPAIR, THE USER ASSUMES ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, BE ME CASE LLC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY PURCHASE SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE DIRECT MONETARY AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE AFFECTED PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING & SOURCE OF FUNDS DECLARATION

The customer solemnly declares, represents, and warrants that:

1. All funds used to execute purchases on this platform originate from legitimate and lawful business, employment, or commercial activities.

2. The funds utilized do not derive from, nor are associated with, any criminal activities under applicable U.S. federal, state, or international laws.

3. The funds are in no way connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial conduct.

4. The customer has not permitted third parties to utilize their bank accounts, credit cards, or debit cards to facilitate or process illicit funds.

5. The customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Be Me Case LLC from any legal liability, penalties, or claims resulting from false or misleading representations made regarding the origin of funds.

Be Me Case LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and its Privacy Policy at its sole discretion at any time.
