Physical SIM Card:

Express Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for customers located in the city of Medellín. To request this option, you must contact one of our customer service representatives via WhatsApp at +57 305 255 5249.

Next-Day Delivery: If you are located in Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, or Cali, your SIM card will be delivered within one (1) to two (2) business days. For all other destinations across Colombia, delivery takes between two (2) and four (4) business days.

eSIM (Virtual SIM):
Your activation QR code will be delivered directly to your WhatsApp and email address. You will receive it either on the day of your purchase or the day before your scheduled travel date, along with the step-by-step installation instructions.
Important Note: Please make sure to check all folders in your email inbox, as the automated email containing your QR code may occasionally be redirected to Spam or Junk folders. If you do not see the email, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +57 305 255 5249 so our team can assist you.
