REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION

To make a purchase, the client must register by providing accurate personal information and creating a password, which can be changed at any time by accessing the account management section. The client authorizes Conecty: Be Me Case LLC to process this data in accordance with our published privacy policy. The password is personal, non-transferable, and its security is the sole responsibility of the client. Conecty: Be Me Case LLC assumes no responsibility for any issues related to the password.

TRANSACTIONS AND PURCHASES

All transactions and purchases made through our apps are subject to a confirmation and validation process. In some cases, additional verification via email, phone call, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Telegram may be required.

For unlimited data plans, please note that speed may be adjusted according to the fair usage policies of the destination country's network provider. In order to ensure a good experience for all users, the provider may temporarily reduce speed if excessive usage is detected that could impact overall network performance.

Conecty: Be Me Case LLC reserves the right to modify prices, capacities, and plans at any time, in accordance with changes communicated by our network partners.

When purchasing a virtual SIM (eSIM), the user acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for verifying that their device is compatible with the technology. No refunds will be provided if the eSIM is incompatible with the user's device.

By purchasing on our website or mobile app, the user affirms that they are of legal age (18 years or older). Conecty: Be Me Case LLC is not responsible if the provided information is false, inaccurate, or not their own. The user is fully responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information they provide.

It is the user's responsibility to pay the full price for any purchase made, using a valid credit/debit card or any other payment method accepted by the platform. Conecty: Be Me Case LLC is not obligated to provide any product or service until full payment is completed. Even though we provide a secure connection for transactions, Conecty: Be Me Case LLC is not responsible for any failures or damages arising from communication issues with banks, payment, or credit entities.

The total value of the purchase includes the product/service price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees (if any, depending on the destination country or city).

Conecty: Be Me Case LLC undertakes to review and update product prices regularly, and the client should be aware of any fluctuations at the time of payment.

ANTI-FRAUD CHECK

The client's purchase may be delayed due to an anti-fraud check. In some cases, further investigation may be required to prevent fraudulent transactions. By using our apps, the client expressly authorizes Conecty: Be Me Case LLC to perform such checks.

OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The client voluntarily and solemnly declares that:

2. The funds used for the purchase do not come from any criminal activity, including those outlined by U.S. law or international regulations.
3. The funds are not connected to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activities.
4. The client has never allowed third parties to use their bank accounts or credit/debit cards to deposit or manage illicit funds.
5. The client releases Conecty: Be Me Case LLC from any liability arising from false or misleading information provided, and accepts full responsibility for any consequences.
